Invoice Terms & Conditions / Service Agreement

By submitting payment toward an invoice issued by The Land of the Glass Slipper, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Payment of the deposit or remaining balance indicates full understanding and acceptance of all terms and conditions listed above
Invoice Terms & Conditions / Service Agreement

By submitting payment toward an invoice issued by The Land of the Glass Slipper, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking, Deposit & Date Hold
- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the event date and time.
- Deposit amounts vary depending on the package selected and will be clearly outlined on the invoice.
- Requested dates will be held for up to 72 hours from the time the invoice is issued.
- If the deposit is not received within 72 hours, the requested date will be released and may be booked by another client without notice.
- A booking is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of the party, prior to the start of the event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Failure to submit final payment may result in services being delayed or cancelled without refund.
- Payments may be made by e-transfer or cash.
- Payment details will be provided on the invoice.
- Client Cancellations:
If the Client cancels the event for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable. - Company Cancellations:
In the rare event that The Land of the Glass Slipper must cancel the booking, all payments made, including the deposit, will be fully refunded. This refund constitutes the Client’s sole remedy.
- Rescheduling requests must be made as soon as possible and are subject to availability.
- Deposits may be transferred to a new date at the discretion of The Land of the Glass Slipper and are not guaranteed.
- Performers are entertainers, not childcare providers.
- A responsible adult must be present at all times and is responsible for the supervision of all children attending the event.
- The Client acknowledges that party activities may include games, movement, crafts, and interactive entertainment.
- Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the Client’s and guests’ own risk.
- The Land of the Glass Slipper, its owners, employees, and performers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, allergic reactions, or damages that occur during or as a result of the event.
- The Client agrees to release and hold harmless The Land of the Glass Slipper from any and all claims related to the event.
- The Client is financially responsible for any damage to costumes, wigs, props, or equipment caused by guests due to misuse, rough handling, or lack of supervision.
- For outdoor events, the Client must provide a safe, weather-appropriate environment, including shade or cover if necessary.
- Performers reserve the right to modify activities to ensure safety in extreme weather conditions.
- Unless declined in writing prior to the event, The Land of the Glass Slipper may use non-identifying photos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
