Our Staff consists of local ladies (and gents) who are passionate about making dreams come true! They are a group of singers, dancers, actors and fun-lovers who are courageous and kind hearted.

WHAT IS A PALACE PARTY?
A Palace Party is a party hosted at our location! It includes food, cake, 2 Storybook Princesses/Characters or Facilitators, and allows guests to have full selection of our 265 gowns, wands, tiaras, purses, wings, gloves and jewelry. We also provide custom table settings for each theme, Character or Princess you have attending the party. These parties are best suited for 8-10 children including the Birthday Girl. Any guests over this amount will be subject to a $15 fee.
WHAT IS A CARRIAGE PARTY?
A Carriage Party is when we bring the party to your home! We pack a bag full of tutus, wands, tiaras, make up and nail polish to provide a party experience at your event. These parties typically last 1 hour, and are subject to a travel fee outside of Orangeville. We also bring music suited for the party theme, and a portable music player. We like to make sure guests get a personal experience with the Princess/ Character and for that reason we maintain a 1:6 ratio. That is 1 of our Princesses/Characters for every 6 guests in attendance. Additional Princesses/Characters are only $50 extra.
WHAT TYPE OF SPACE DO PERFORMERS NEED AT A CARRIAGE PARTY?
Somewhere to sit for make up application and nail painting. An open space for dancing. A quiet space with no competing noise or games (including TV, Movies, Video Games, etc.) Please invite guests to arrive at least 30 minutes before we do to ensure they are all there and settled! And please hold off on serving food or snacks while we are there.
CAN PARENTS STAY AT PALACE PARTIES?
Of course! We will never ask you to leave your child. You know your child best and if your child is uncomfortable without you there, we encourage you to stay. However! We do have a very intimate space, and while there is seating in the Throne Room, parties with more than 5 adults can become very crowded, and take away from the children’s experience. Parents of the Birthday Child are encouraged to stay, as we recognize this is a special day not just for your child, but for your family.
HOW DO I PAY?
We take a deposit upon booking any parties or appearances to secure your time slot. We then collect the balance at the end of the party. For our big events, such as Mother’s Day Tea, we require full payment in advance. Any and all payments can be made by Cash, Cheque or eTransfer. You are also more than welcome to tip any of our performers if you feel they’ve done an outstanding job, we simply ask that you give it to Queen Laura discreetly.
DO YOU DO BOY’S PARTIES? / WHAT DO YOU HAVE FOR BOYS ATTENDING PARTIES?
We want to make everyone feel included, and therefore offer Prince Charming, a Pirate and coming soon: Peter Pan! We also offer boys faceprinting and tattoos (while the girls get their make up and nails done) and costume trunk full of boys outfits ranging in everything from fire fighters to superheroes! We do however recommend inviting at least 2 boys, and adding one of our talented male staff members to the list of characters attending your child’s birthday!
CAN YOU DO *INSERT THEME OR CHARACTER HERE*?
YES! We love working with clients to make any and all dreams come true! However, depending on the labour involved with costuming, decorating, and developing new games and activities, these parties may be subject to additional costs. In the past we have done themes such as Dance, Barbie, Karaoke, Twilight, and even once had a Fortune Teller attend a party!
DO YOU DO OTHER EVENTS BESIDES JUST BIRTHDAYS?
Why yes! We have hosted our own events in the past, but are also available to hire for your events. This might include having a Princess attend a bridal shower or wedding to entertain the child guests, or even hiring a few characters for a corporate event (you can contact us directly for our corporate rates!)
DO YOU PROVIDE INVITATIONS / LOOT BAGS?
We can if this is something you would like! We strive to make our birthday parties enjoyable for your child and easy for YOU! These add-ons will be subject to an additional fee based on the client’s specific requests (Please feel free to contact us for a quote.) We do have free blank invitations available on out Add-On page that you are more than welcome to print off, fill out and distribute!
